Recovery of rent (CRAR) - Enforced by certificated Enforcement Agents once the compliance stage has expired, site visit will be undertaken by our Enforcement Agent where recoveries of outstanding rent will be either paid in full or our agent will take control of goods to the value of the debt. We can also undertake litigation and process visits.

 

Forfeiture of lease

 

A Field Agent will attend with in 24 hours on receipt of a Repossession Order issued by the Landlord or their authorised representative.  An inventory will be taken and supported with digital images as required and a Notice of Bailee will be served on site.

 

Eviction of travellers

 

Subject to the Landlord providing instruction prior to midday, our Agents will attend site within 6 hours with the purpose of serving notices to  vacate on unknown persons from private lands. If instruction is received after midday Agents will attend within 24 hours. Agents will re-attend following day to ensure site has been vacated, and will provide digital images to verify this, and the condition of the site.

 

Commercial Pre Disconnection Visits and warrants of disconnection for the utilities market

 

A Field Agent will attend to serve a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the tenant, attend Court to achieve a warrant of entry and return with an engineer to then remove said supply.
