D+D Consulting Solutions was founded by Danny McClements and Darren Stapleton in 2015 whom over their lives have built and developed a skill set suited to meet any challenge.

I served 6 years in the UK Army (2nd Battalion the Royal Green Jackets) with tours in Northern Ireland, Bosnia & Kosavo. Serving in a rifle company I am well versed in many weapon types from small arms to anti-aircraft missiles. I undertook the Military Police Close Protection course, trained in surveillance, counter surveillance & personal protection. I am also trained as a RMA Level 2 Combat Medic. I have 4 years experience in fleet management including movement of VIP clients along with 7 years as a Certified Bailiff enforcing collection of commercial rents, court fines, road traffic fines, council tax. Repossessions of commercial and private properties, traveler evictions and executing arrest warrants for Local Authorities I also achieved and executed warrants of entry.Along with obtaining charging orders, post and pre-litigation visits. Experience in trace investigation. A further 4 years experience managing a collection team in the UK utility services sector whom were trained by myself in collection, obtaining charging orders and warrants of entry from Magistrates. The team was collecting just shy of £800k per month.

I served 12 years in the Royal Air Force where upon leaving the service I trained and was employed in the US in the Close Protection and Surveillance field. I worked in Iraq for a PMC as Team Leader of a 6 person team providing water engineers the protection required in austere high risk areas over a 12 month period. During my time in Iraq I assisted in the training of the Kurdish security teams and Iraqi drivers helping them develop the skill set to undertake support roles. On returning to the UK I have been employed in the commercial sector for several years undertaking surveillance duties for insurance companies covering medical insurance fraud, contrived motor vehicle collisions & long term sickness fraud. I have also undertaken surveillance for private clients to confirm marital impropriety, tracing missing family members and child protection duties

Although I am new to the industry. I have witnessed my Father work hard and become very successful in all that he does. I am looking forward to the new challenges ahead, and learning new skills from both my Father and his business partner Darren. I just hope that when it is time for me to take over, that I will be as skilled and dedicated as both Darren and my Father are.
